The timeline depends on project scope, material delivery times, and design complexity. Basic bathrooms average 7–10 days. Basements average 5–7 weeks. A kitchen — including custom cabinet design and delivery — runs 6–8 weeks total, with 2–3 weeks of construction after cabinets are delivered and demo begins.

Generally, no — unless it's a major whole-house renovation or the kitchen or bathroom being remodeled is the only one available. We plan the project to be the least impactful to your everyday life.

We work Monday–Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Depending on the project we can start earlier, but we like to be respectful of the neighbors and mitigate noise early in the morning. We value family time — yours and ours — so we don't make a habit of working past 5:00pm.

Standard estimates include materials, labor, debris removal, basic construction cleanup, permits and applicable inspections, and a one-year warranty on craftsmanship.

Once the contract is signed: 30% deposit to start, 50% at the halfway point (outlined in the contract), and the final 20% once all inspections are passed and touch-ups are complete.

Yes. We can provide our license number upon request, and we carry General Liability insurance.

We do. Handling permits ourselves keeps fidelity of the project and lets us manage documentation and coordination with local building inspectors and tradesmen — which means less stress for you.

No — unless otherwise specified, materials are included in your contract. You select your tiles, flooring, faucets, and finishes; the contract allocates a budget for these items, and if you choose something that costs more, you only pay the difference. We handle sourcing and procurement.

Just overnight if we install new shower glass — the silicone needs to dry. For grout sealer, follow the manufacturer's guidelines; normally 24–48 hours after grout has dried.

Yes. We leave the site in broom-swept condition with materials stored and stacked each day, and do a full wipe-down cleaning at the conclusion of the project.
