Consultation
A free walkthrough of your space, your goals, and your realistic budget. Military and first-responder discounts available.
Design & contract
Fixed scope, allocated material budgets, and a payment schedule in writing: 30% to start, 50% at the halfway point, 20% on final inspection.
Build
One crew of long-standing trade partners — framing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, tile, finish. Broom-swept site every night.
Inspection & warranty
We coordinate every permit and inspection, walk the punch list with you, and back the work with a one-year craftsmanship warranty.
